On the Wednesday of May 2nd, Deputy Prime Minister of New Zealand, Mr. Winston Peters displayed their contribution towards the iconic Dubai Expo 2020.
The Minister of International Co-operation and Foreign Affairs of Dubai, Sheikh Abdullah, was in New Zealand last week, in order to discuss the bilateral relations with The Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Arden.
In the course of their meeting, Winston Peters revealed New Zealand’s interpretation of the pavilion for Dubai Expo 2020 in front of Sheikh Abdullah.
The pavilion that is 2000 square meters in size hosts restaurant, design store, exhibition space and many more facilities. The $53 million pavilion will speak for the care and connection amidst land and people, as it will spread across the sustainability district of the expo.
Soon after, a tweet from the official twitter account of Dubai Expo 2020 went live. It featured the rendering of the pavilion & a official statement about the same.

A day before this tweet, New Zealand’s Commissioner – General to Expo 2020, Mr. Clayton Kimpton announced this event on twitter.

During the meeting, Sheikh Abdullah discussed about assorted scopes to fortify the relations between both the countries. He also met The National Party Leader. Trade Minister, Defence Minister & Education Minister of New Zealand during his visit to the island country.
